Protein, tracked simply

Log what you ate in about two seconds, then get on with your day. No account, no network, nothing that leaves your phone.

Download on the App Store

Logging is a tap

Your regular foods sit on the Log tab as one-tap buttons. Tap one and it's recorded.

Three eggs, not 3x

Every food knows its own unit, so you log 3 eggs or 150 g of chicken instead of a multiplier.

No meals to fill in

You ate a thing, it had protein in it. Meal tags exist if you want them and vanish if you don't.

Log without opening it

A home screen widget and a Control Center control both write straight through.

Skip days that don't count

Mark a day skipped and it leaves every average entirely. Not a zero. Not counted at all.

Apple Health, both ways

Save what you log to Health, and import protein from the tracker you used before.

Where your data lives

On your phone, in one file, and nowhere else. Grams has no account system and contains no networking code, so there is no mechanism by which your food log could reach anyone. That also means a lost phone loses your history, so there is a one-tap export that writes a plain JSON file you can keep wherever you like.
